Lindsay Betschart, CEO

Jonna has been in accounting and bookkeeping for over 20 years and has experience in a variety of industries. After graduating from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, she started her professional career with Multi-Chem, LLC in the oil and gas industry as a staff accountant. After a sale out of the company and the closing of the corporate office, Jonna decided on expanding her bookkeeping knowledge by joining Steve Eustis Real Estate Co. Here she gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate transactions as well as long term rental accounting. Most recently, she joined a full charge bookkeeping company where she has expanded her knowledge of small business accounting and continues to gain knowledge of vacation rental accounting. As the Payroll Specialist, Jonna works with clients to ensure that all their payroll needs are met.

When she isn’t working on bookkeeping, she enjoys being outside and spending time with family.

Jenna earned her BS in business from Utah State University. She worked for many years as the Director of Revenue in the Hospitality industry. As the Director of Revenue she prepared budgets, developed forecast projections and implemented strategies to achieve revenue goals. In 2021 she had the opportunity to extend her expertise into many other industries as an Account Manager for a Bookkeeping & Accounting company in Salt Lake. As an Account Manager, she was responsible for analyzing and auditing financials which allowed her to help businesses better understand their financial position and meet their financial goals.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

Misty has specialized in accounting and bookkeeping for 20 years. She began her career in government accounting and expanded to grant accounting across all facets of government. She switched her degree from Paleontology to Accounting and received her degree in 2002. She has worked in various areas of specialty accounting including law, government auditing, real estate, non-profit, and staffing corporations. Most recently, Misty worked for a small accounting firm where she specialized in the Vacation Rental Industry and helped clients with their overall financial health, process placement, and clean financials. Misty spends her downtime outdoors camping, hiking, and traveling to new areas to explore with her family.

Chelsea Tanner has nearly 15 years of specialized experience in accounting, honing her skills across various industries and mastering the nuances of financial management. After initially pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, she found her true passion in numbers and switched to Accounting, earning her degree in 2017. Chelsea finds fulfillment in all aspects of accounting, from problem-solving to financial strategy. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized.

Lauren Vasquez has over 15 years of accounting expertise, focusing on construction and special projects. With an associate’s degree in Accounting from South Texas College, Lauren has streamlined financial processes, reducing construction project overhead by 20%. She has successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets for hospitality businesses and led a team to implement new accounting software, enhancing reporting accuracy. Most recently, Lauren served as an Account Manager at Flores Financial, excelling in client relations. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of four.

Ryun has a diverse background in accounting and operations within the hospitality industry. Originally from upstate New York, he studied Finance and Business Law at the University at Albany before moving to Southern California, where he spent nearly a decade working with restaurants and entertainment venues to streamline their financial processes. Now back in New York, he is focused on helping clients keep their financials clean, clear, and reliable, empowering them to make confident, growth-focused business decisions.

Known for his dedication to clients and passion for numbers, Ryun genuinely enjoys seeing his work help businesses thrive. When he is not working, you will likely find him outdoors—staying active, golfing, attending live events, or spending time with family and friends.

Arthur is a multifaceted professional with a diverse range of experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Media Manager, Arthur brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and media management. In addition to his marketing expertise, Arthur is also a Commercial Pilot and licensed real estate agent in Texas.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Arthur is a published author and game designer. With a passion for creativity and innovation, he has leveraged his talents in writing and design to create engaging content that captivates audiences.
